Stakeholder engagement training

Intensive trainings certified by astoneco management are based on extensive international project implementation experience, the AA1000(SES) Stakeholder Engagement Standard (2011), work commissioned by the UNEP, AccountAbility, the International Association of Public Participation World Bank and the IFC. Stakeholder Engagement I (SEI)

The development of a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement will be key over this 2 day general stakeholder engagement course. This course provides the participants with an insight into the necessity and desirability of stakeholder engagement and provides an introduction into internationally developed stakeholder engagement management tools and techniques.

Stakeholder Engagement II (SEII)

This course follows a structured stakeholder engagement management of the interaction between an organisation and a community, other organisations (authorities, potential partners and/or competition), a specific group of stakeholders (internal and/or external), and/or customers / clients. It results in a customised set of completed stakeholder engagement templates that specifically meet the needs of one of your projects. It is typically a 2 day course and requires the participant to have completed SEI.

Stakeholder Engagement III (SEIII)

This brings the participant into a realm of using stakeholder engagement as a core business function to strengthen all aspects of business life including management, operations, communication, permitting, sales, crisis management, human resources, and logistics. It results in a customised set of completed stakeholder engagement templates that specifically meet the needs of your organisation. It is typically a 2 day course and requires the participant to have completed SEI and SEII.
