In this work a central component includes a focus on conflict resolution, clarification of issues impacting efficiency and team capacity building. A key aspect always considered is the sustainable development capability and capital of each partner / stakeholder. Sustainable development is measured as the overall change in the sum of natural, man-made, social, human and financial capitals. Essential to our success, AstonEco supports the integration of the above as core business practice.
