  • roles, responsibility and resource requirement definition, through to
  • planning and implementing, and onto
  • monitoring, reporting and reviewing.

 

A key component of this is to ensure that relevant stakeholders have the capacity, confidence and support to engage in this process so as to lead to a sucessful outcome. The required coaching forms a core portion of our management consulting.
